We have clear-cut awareness of what it takes to encourage a diverse set of stakeholders on important policy and political issues. Our team has designed several outreach and engagement packages that use alternate forms of community involvement and we have implemented our methods throughout the region.
From building coalitions of stakeholders to advocate for a common goal, facilitating discussions and groups for productive and constructive outcomes, to working with community members to educate on policy impacts and help assist and inform policy development; effective engagement must be multi-faceted.
Successful outreach communicates complicated political concepts to key community stakeholders. We believe that a transparent process which simplifies complicated policy tradeoffs inspires true community feedback and ownership of the final product. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate complex policy tradeoffs, leading to a higher likelihood of implementation and success.
